The Logan School Strategic Planning 2024-2025

The Logan School community is in the midst of shaping our future together. We’re asking big questions: How can we continue cultivating our gifted learners’ curiosities through experiences that spark a lifelong love of learning? How will we deepen a culture of belonging that celebrates the diversity of our identities? What do we envision for our campus in 5, 10, or even 20 years? And how can we prepare our school to embrace new opportunities ahead?

Our Vision, Values & Long-Term Goals

Students, families, staff, alumni, and our Board of Trustees are contributing their visionary ideas through interviews, “family think tanks,” and community gatherings. With this collective insight, the Strategic Planning Design Team is weaving together priorities and initiatives that will guide Logan’s future—one that thrives in the present, continually evolves, and looks boldly ahead. The Logan School remains a place full of possibility, where the power of community shines through our vision, values, and long-term goals.

In partnership with Leadership+Design, we’re engaging voices from across our community through a dynamic, inclusive process with many touchpoints along the way.
