The Logan School for Creative Learning is characterized by our ​unique approach to learning. At Logan, ​children explore their world through research, discovery, experiences and individual units of study that reflect their evolving ​



The student program at Logan is built upon the understanding that when a student is deeply engaged in their work, there is no ceiling to their learning. Our program is designed to address the growing need for reflective, creative, critical thinkers who can adapt to the world around them.


The application deadline for the 2020-2021 school year is January 3, 2020, at 9 a.m. To start the process, please sign up using​ the form below to sign up for a Parent Information Session. During the session, parents will have an opportunity to meet the Head of School, our Deans, ask questions and go on a student-led tour. 


Parent Information Sessions take place from 9:30-11:30 am (please arrive by 9:20 am) on the following dates:

The Application Process
The application deadline for the 2020-2021 school year is January 3, 2020, at 9 AM. You can access all of the admission forms below. 
  1. Attend a Parent Information Session 

  2. Submit an Application

  3. Complete the Student Questionnaire

  4. Submit the Teacher Recommendation Form

  5. Pay the $75 Application Fee

  6. Submit testing; Wechsler (WPPSI-IV or WISC-V) or the Differential Abilities Scale (DAS) including diagnostic portions and full written report.

After determining an initial fit from the completed application file, admission staff will contact you to schedule a student visit and, if necessary, a parent interview.

The Logan School is a progressive independent school for gifted learners between the ages of four-and-a-half to fourteen years old (traditional K–8). The primary objective of the admission process is to ascertain the match between The Logan School’s educational model and each applicant. The staff works very hard to ensure that every child accepted to The Logan School for Creative Learning has an opportunity to have a successful learning experience.
