FACTS: New School Payment System

To make paying tuition as easy as possible for you, we have partnered with FACTS Management Company to help us manage our tuition and fees payment program. FACTS is used by many schools locally and over 7,000 schools nationally. We are excited to be working with them and hope this program will offer greater efficiency and financial ease for the school while providing convenience to our families.

Two of our goals for the 2022-2023 school year are to make paying your bills easier and streamline the number of fees we charge outside of tuition. The convenience and security of payment processing, as well as the information technology platform offered by FACTS, support our commitment to this goal.

Payment Plans and Options:

• You must choose a payment plan when you register.
• As in prior years, you will be able to choose from 1, 2, 9, or 12-month payment plans.
• The 12-month payment option must be elected by Tuesday, May 3, 2022. After May 3, 2022, the 12-month payment plan will no longer be an option.
• All other payment plans must be elected by Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2022.
• Automatic payments can be made from a checking or savings account.
  

After July 1, 2022, pending the implementation of proposed legislation in Colorado, we hope to offer the option of paying with a credit card. If we are able to do so, you will be able to go into your FACTS account and change your payment type option.

Convenience and Security:

• Along with multiple payment plan options, your payments are processed securely through a bank-to-bank transaction.
• You can opt for automatic payments so you never have to remember to pay your bill!
• You will be reminded when a payment is due 4 days prior to the money being withdrawn from your account. If you need to make a change for whatever reason, you have 2 business days to let the business office know of the change you wish to make to your payment.
• You may add authorized users to your online account (like grandparents, for example) if you wish to do so.
  

Consumer Account:

• You may check your personal account or make payments online from the convenience of your home or office anytime.
• You can set up text message reminders for payments due so you are never late with a payment.
  

For the 2022-2023 school year, the Logan School will pay the FACTS enrollment fee. In following years, there will be one annual enrollment fee per family, regardless of the number of students in that family (usually $20 or $50 per year depending on the payment plan you choose).

When you first register, you will not see any payments due. They will not be entered until you have chosen your payment plan and tuition payments have been added by The Logan School to your account. Anyone currently on a 12-month payment plan for 21-22 or who elects 12 payments for 22-23 will continue to pay via check, through the school, until we start using FACTS to process payments in July of 2022. No tuition or fees will be billed through FACTS until after July 1, 2022.

The Payment Schedule page will only show your tuition due each month. Incidentals (like EC, LEEP, Field Trips, and Tuition Insurance) will be billed separately as applicable to your account. For this reason, it is best to sign up for text and email reminders. We recommend that you sign up for auto payments for both tuition and incidentals so that you don’t have to remember to make a manual payment for these incidentals.
