Athletic Director (part-time)

Position Overview
Coordinate, plan, organize, and manage the after school athletic programs. The Athletic Director reports directly to the head of school.

Essential Functions

  • Maintain an inclusive program that promotes healthy sportsmanship and activity

  • Schedule games and disseminate the schedule with parents and staff via the all school calendar and Logan School website (in coordination with the Director of Communications)

  • Hire all coaches and referees

  • Communicate with the business office for all payments to be made to coaches and refs and for collection of athletic fees

  • Provide resources for coaches to complete mandatory trainings such as mandatory reporter and concussion management

  • Direct the registration of after school athletics including updating and providing all necessary parent forms

  • Order, organize and collect team uniforms each season for each sport

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree 

  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail

  • Mac and/or Windows computer literate

 

Compensation

Stipend: $5,000
