Athletic Director (part-time)
Coordinate, plan, organize, and manage the after school athletic programs. The Athletic Director reports directly to the head of school.
Maintain an inclusive program that promotes healthy sportsmanship and activity
Schedule games and disseminate the schedule with parents and staff via the all school calendar and Logan School website (in coordination with the Director of Communications)
Hire all coaches and referees
Communicate with the business office for all payments to be made to coaches and refs and for collection of athletic fees
Provide resources for coaches to complete mandatory trainings such as mandatory reporter and concussion management
Direct the registration of after school athletics including updating and providing all necessary parent forms
Order, organize and collect team uniforms each season for each sport
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
Mac and/or Windows computer literate
